Due to our finalized order policy we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on items based on safety reasons for our workers or customers. 

If there is a mistake on your order such as a missing or incorrect item we will make an arrangement with you or issue a discount on your next purchase , but contact us immediately once you’ve received package .
